At Mamiru, every product is designed and inspected with care.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — thoughtfully and fairly.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following guidelines.

Domestic Returns & Exchanges (Indonesia)

We accept returns and exchanges for orders within Indonesia within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All original tags, seals, and protective packaging must remain intact

  • Items must not show any signs of wear, washing, or alteration

All returns and exchanges require prior confirmation from our team before sending the item back.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse

  • Mamiru will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item (within Indonesia)

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange request

International Returns & Exchanges

We accept international returns and exchanges under the same 14-day eligibility period and product condition requirements.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import-related fees incurred during the return process are borne by the customer

  • Replacement shipping fees may apply

As international shipping can involve higher costs, we recommend reviewing product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)

We do not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns will be issued in the form of a Mamiru Store Voucher, which:

  • Can be used for future purchases at mamiru.co

  • Is not redeemable for cash

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred

  • Must be used within the validity period stated in the voucher

If the replacement item selected is of lower value than the returned item, the remaining balance will not be refunded in cash.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipping. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the concern

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you (including shipping for domestic orders).

For international orders, we will assess each case individually and guide you through the next steps.

Condition Requirements

To maintain fairness for all families, Mamiru reserves the right to decline returns that:

  • Do not meet our condition requirements

  • Are returned without prior approval

  • Show signs of wear, washing, misuse, or damage

If a return does not meet our criteria, the item may be sent back to you at your cost.
